What should I bring to the table? 💪

You have a very user-focused working style, i.e. you always put the user in the center and prioritize your work accordingly
You are fluent in English (and German) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have a passion for growing products that users love -You possess strong problem solving skills and the willingness to roll up your sleeves
You posses a highly structured, thorough working style and a “getting things done” attitude (we’re looking for doers!)
You have the ability to keep calm in turbulent, time-critical situations
You are an empathetic, visionary but still hands-on leader
Nice-to-have 1) You have experiences with a chronic skin condition yourself
Nice-to-have 2) You already collected working experience in a startup
Nice-to-have 3) You have a background in the area of healthcare / digital health
Nice-to-have 4) You have worked in consulting, venture capital, private equity or investment banking
