Good to have you back.🙃

Welcome to this 2nd lesson on eczema. Today we continue with the introduction part of the course. 📚

We think that it’s important to let you know that you’re (by far) not alone. Almost 300.000.000 (300 million) people on this planet have eczema/atopic dermatitis as well. It’s actually the most common chronic child condition as 20-30% of each newborn (depending on the country) is affected. 👶🏻

It decreases towards adulthood so that only 2%-4% of all adults have eczema. Around 60% have mild eczema, 30% have moderate eczema and 10% have severe eczema. 📊

Moreover, almost 2.000.000.000 (2 billion) suffer from any kind of skin condition (like acne, psoriasis, urticaria, rosacea) etc. which is 25% of the world’s population. 🌎

Thus: there are many people and families out there who have the exact same questions and struggle with the exact same things as you do. So let’s stick together and support each other. We’ll definitely be there for you along the way. ❤️

Looking forward to seeing you after your next (daily, weekly or monthly) check-up! 👀

Best

NALA ❤️
